Ron is a professional land surveyor with 39 years
experience. He will be responsible for the coordination and
direction of all surveying projects including project management
and client communication. He has performed boundary, topographic,
ALTA, and construction surveys on numerous projects throughout
his career. Ron joined Strickland Engineering in November
2002 after relocating to the area from central Illinois.

Route survey of approximately 10 miles of county highway.

Street Extension
Location: Vandalia, Illinois
Route survey of approximately 1.75 miles of existing street
and extension to the west 1-70 interchange.
Project: Pinckneyville
Medium Security Correctional Center
Location: Pinckneyville, Illinois
Boundary and topographic survey of an approximate 160-acre
tract.
Project: Ramsey-Fillmore Road
Location: Fayette County, Illinois
Preparation of plans and
specifications for approximately 9 miles of county highway
including 2000 feet of city street.
Pavement included non-reinforced concrete and bituminous
concrete binder and surface course on an aggregate base.
The city section also included curb & gutter and a storm
sewer system.

Preparation of plans and
specifications for the reconstruction of two blocks of city
street. Project consisted of concrete
pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks and storm sewer system.
Project received award from Ready Mix Concrete Association.

Drive Extension

Resident inspection on the
construction of two blocks of concrete pavement with concrete

Project: Mills Cart Road
Location: Salem, Illinois
Preparation of plans and specifications for approximately
2000 of bituminous concrete street with concrete gutters
and a storm sewer system.
