David is responsible for civil engineering design and project management. He has over 32 years experience in residential and commercial site development; the design of streets, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers; and storm sewers; and the preparation of stormwater management plans. He has extensive experience in watershed analysis and detention/retention basin design. David joined Strickland Engineering in September 2002 after relocating to the area from St. Louis.

Client: Saxony Lutheran High School
Location: Cape Girardeau County, Missouri
The project included planning and design of site layout, grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and stormwater detention.

Project: Cambridge Estates Phase II Subdivision
Location: Jackson, Missouri
The project included the design of a 13 lot residential subdivision in the City of Jackson. Phase II of the subdivision contained 1,538 feet of sanitary sewer, 222 feet of storm sewer and 1,507 feet of water main.

Project: Clover Hill Estates
Location: Jackson, Missouri
Planning and design of a 102 lot (36 acres) residential subdivision in Cape Girardeau County.

Project: South Central Correctional Center
Location: Licking, Missouri
The project included planning and design of site layout, grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and stormwater detention for an eighty million-dollar, 1500 Bed, State Correctional Facility.

Project: Parkway West Senior High School
Location: West St. Louis County, Missouri
The project included design of improvements to an existing stormwater retention facility to alleviate on site flooding.

The project included design of approximately 25 locations. Design included site layout, grading, paving, sewer and detention facilities.
