Strickland Engineering was the MPE and Civil Engineering Consultant for this new 12,000 sq. ft. church facility on Highway 61 in Fruitland, Missouri. The facility included a multipurpose room with seating for 200 during worship, foyer/café, kitchen, offices, classrooms, and a community room. The church acted as the General Contractor and built the church with volunteer labor.

The Civil design included master planning of the 10-acre site and design of Phase 1 improvements. Phase 1 included site grading, paving, and site utilities. The master plan included future classroom and auditorium additions, parking lot expansion, and recreation fields.

The MPE system design for this project included split system HVAC units, a rooftop energy recovery unit for the central exhaust system, kitchen hood exhaust system, and lighting control system.
