Highway 61 in Fruitland, Missouri. The facility included
a multipurpose room with seating for 200 during worship,

room. The church acted as the General Contractor and built
the church with volunteer labor.
The Civil design included master planning of the 10-acre
site and design of Phase 1 improvements. Phase 1 included
site grading, paving, and site utilities. The master plan
included future classroom and auditorium additions, parking
lot expansion, and recreation fields.
The MPE system design for this project included split system
HVAC units, a rooftop energy recovery unit for the central
exhaust system, kitchen hood exhaust system, and lighting
control system.
